Patrick Sagaspe is Chairman/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Urafields, and chairman of the Centreville Group, created in 2000 as the holding company for various mining opportunities in Africa. A French national, with a background in internet, media and telecoms in Europe, Sagaspe enjoys high-level contacts with South Africa's ANC and Namibia's SWAPO, dating back to the late 1990s when he was engaged as a telecommunications consultant in the two countries.

He was asked by the Namibian government in 1999 to participate in the development of their new diamond legislation, which saw the government grant its first diamond licenses outside of De Beers.

Centreville Group and its Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) partners own a range of mining assets in Africa, including uranium, zinc, diamonds, copper, and methane gas.
